Located on Benson Road in Rama, Ontario, this permanent modular project consisted of two multi-family residential buildings designed to support local housing demand. Each building was constructed as a two-story structure, utilizing modular units to enable efficient installation and delivery. The project involved the full setting, structural integration, and interior and exterior completion of the modular units, including mechanical, electrical, and finishing scopes to deliver fully functional residential buildings. Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, this modular healthcare facility was installed to support ambulatory clinical services. The project consisted of a steel-framed, single-story medical office complex made up of multiple prefabricated units.

The scope included full structural installation, Triodetic foundation system integration, and interior and exterior finishing, along with mechanical, electrical, and commissioning works required to bring the facility into operation.
